Chicken is such a “Go To Meat” that I often look for different ways to prepare it. This day I happened to be looking through my spice cabinet in search of something different to add to these chicken breast. This container of Chili powder caught my eye. Sometimes spices that are traditionally used for one thing can add life to another.
🍈Season each chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic, chili powder and paprika.
🍈Cook chicken breast in coconut oil on both sides turning as needed until golden.
🍈Each time you turn the chicken sprinkle with more chili powder.
🍈Squeeze the juice of 2 limes on top chicken.
🍈Cut a small onion and sauté in same pan. Afterwards, strain in a colander. Serve onions with the chicken breast.
🍈Garnish with a half slice of lime.
🍈Serve in a tortilla shell as a wrap or eat with any side.
